Creative Director

Job Description

As a creative director, you will oversee the look and feel of the entire game, supervise artistic elements of advertisement content, and account for player satisfaction. The role requires extreme persistence and vision.

As Creative Director, you will:

  • Supervise and direct our team towards maximum efficiency.

  • Design and moderate all aspects of the GDD.

  • Collaborate closely with all the leads to ensure management around the game is ideal.

  • Be hands on if needed and solve some of the team's hurdles.

  • Be able to handle and manage quality assurance around the game

  • Know how to handle pre/mid/post marketing and execute some of the strategies with the team.

  • Create the audio for the game.

  • Create the budgeting for creating the game.

  • Understand how to handle some of the legal parts around the game

requirements

What we look out for:

  • Take a managerial role within the company and oversee all avenues of the games development. (officially or unofficially)

  • At least more than 2 years of experience around creating, conceptualizing and executing games.

  • Understand team management and have experience in the start-up environment.

  • Familiarity with the Scrum agile method

  • Ability to travel.

  • Familiarity with the latest trends in the game world

  • Experience in the role of creative director (officially or unofficially)

  • Fluency in English (written and speaking)

  • Extremely well averse at solving complex problems and conveying the solutions to the team.

  • Ability to be creative and know how to create game dev tools to maximize efficiency.

  • A general all round skillset that allows you to be hands-on with some of the work.

  • Have extensive knowledge in game development and components like AI, design, 3D etc.

  • Worked with Unreal Engine, Maya, Photoshop and other game development related tools.

Pluses:

  • Mad skills in Unreal Engine

  • Mad animation skills 

  • Know the entire process of building every component to a 3D game from UI to to server control.
